With this make sure to choose the video option when importing it. Once you have choose this option and the video you would like to create into a Gif you can then choose open and it will load up your video. Once your video has loaded there will be two black triangles either side of the time line which you can adjust to fit the section of the video you wish to create into a Gif. Once you have selected your section, you must then loop the video. To loop the video the will be an icon similar to the recycle logo which just puts your selected video on repeat. Once you have done this you may export your footage and save for web.
